Summary:

While I continue working on something much larger, I decided to go back and fill in a few gaps in my fleet of Hiigaran ships; the Mobile Refinery is easily over looked but also quite an important ship since it allows construction smaller ships without having to return to or tie up the Carrier or Shipyard. The Refineries and Assemblers can process ore and salvaged materials quite quickly turning the Mobile Refinery into a handy mobile base for mining operations, especially those that might be in a dangerous area of space, so there is no risk of losing the far more valuable larger production ships.
