Air EXP Transport Plane Range Increase

Description
This mod allows you to increase the range of transport planes. Previously, 1000 km was all that they could reach, but through using air experience, you can increase it to 1500 km.

it works but increase the thing to like 60thousand km with a submod for fun

Updated to 1.6, made sure that the only thing that changed is the addition of reliability and range upgrades. Comment if there are any issues you come across!

Hey - been using this with 1.62 and for some reason it is adding oil to strat bombers for construction. Check it out if you end up updating the mod - thanks! :-)
