Rick Taylor from Namco's Splatterhouse.

Logic coming soon.

Revision 2:
-Rick's costumes have been updated to better match his in-game appearances! There are now four covering the first three game, as well as the Red Mask seen in the TG16 port of Splatterhouse.
-Rick's moveset has been updated. It's now similar to Splatterhouse 3's.

-Initial release.
