○ The probability of spawning without a settler should be reduced.

○ A new settler should no longer spawn when Venice's last city is captured.

*Because Venice's settlers are treated as unique units in order to restrict their creation, R&F award free era score at the start of the game for building a unique unit. This is not intentional, and I'll fix it if I see a way to.

COMPATIBILITY

○ The mod should now be playable in THE BASE GAME.

○ The mod is not (yet) playable in the Rise and Fall expansion. If you own the expansion, you can access the base game while creating a game. Select the Choose Ruleset dropdown menu and click Standard Rules.

○ R&F compatibility is planned.
