Added downward-pointing T2 medium thrusters at rear to help lift the back end up and pitch forward to make digging into the ground easier.
Also: combined "Drills" signal and "MiningHovers" signal into new "MiningMode" signal; removed all thrusters from the "MaxLift" config and added them to the default "PropulsionEtc" config; changed RCS activation from "MaxLift" to "PropulsionEtc".

Updated thumbnail to include "Open-Top".

Renamed to OT-HoverExcavator ready for the refit of the EC-HoverExcavator.
(I was planning to rename the Enclosed Cockpit variant to "HoverExtractor" because I keep mistakenly saying "Extractor" when referring to the Excavator and I thought it would be fun to do, but not only will that compound the problem (I'll struggle to remember which is which), but it also makes no sense to have the Enclosed Cockpit variant of an Open Top vehicle named something different when there are already Enclosed Cockpit variants of Open Top vehicles that are named the same.)

Added "Device Groups & Custom Signals Toggle Shortcuts" holoprojection info screens.
Also renamed the Save>Blueprints folder (I assume that works XD).

I noticed that there was a "Jump" Booster not grouped, for some reason. I also tweaked the settings of the turrets.

Adjusted "Hazard Beacon" timings.

Edited shade of orange - in order to better differentiate between my Mining HVs and my Salvage & Repair HVs.

Major update - added Ammo and Ore & Wood containers; moved 3rd drill turret to back; added 2 minigun turrets & an extra Gatling gun; made slightly bigger (2 blocks longer, backend 2 blocks wider); made spaces (upgrade slots) for T4 CPU extenders, shield and pentaxid tank.
