Added background 'Glitch' effect:

WARNING!!! -- This effect ( more than all the others - lol ) can cause epileptic attacks, please use this wallpaper responsibly

Background now has controllable 'Glitch/Distortion' effect.

It was a request to implement it. It's still pretty rough, and probably has some bugs still in it. Please report any that you notice.

I don't use the effect myself a lot, because I don't really like it, hahaha. So let me know if it's not working correctly :)

Changed default values for background fps:

Default FPS : 30
Default Idle : 15

Fix:

Animated Grid now respects the background FPS + Idle FPS limits

It used to run on it's own update timer, but this has been 'corrected'.

Fix + Enhancement

Since the performance in idle function was completely broken, I've rewritten some code to make it (hopefully) more controllable.

- Background now has it's own FPS setting in : Visualizer Extra.
- Background now has it's own FPS Idle setting in : Visualizer Extra
- Idle FPS should now be correctly handles by the Visualizer
- Idle TimeOut should now be respected ( both background and visualizer use the same timeout )

Default background fps : 60
Default background idle : 24

note: if you have no background, updating is automatically disabled now

Default visualizer idle : 5 -- this can be set higher if you want faster response times to 'new sounds'

Performance:

- Background now properly disables updating if none of the background visuals are active

Supid bug made it seem as if the background always had at least one active visual. Which was not always the case.... >.>

Performance update:

- Idle FPS added

( Idle fps will respect the idle timeout, after no sound has been detected for a while, the fps will be lowered to the selected fps to reduce performance impact. I recommend 15 FPS if you have no animation on the background, else I recommend 20-24fps ( if you have background video for example or rotation animation )

note: lower than 15 FPS may result in glitches in the idle animation, so when idle animation is enabled, 15 is the lowest it will go.

note : 1 is the absolute minimum, but this may result in unexpected behaviour -- and also delays the wallpaper to react to 'new'sounds. please try to keep the bare minimum of 5 fps.

Fixed:

- Animated Grid doesn't hide anymore when hovered over the analog clock
