It seems the Hover Boosters, being on the same "level" as the Docking Pads, were interfering with the Ocelot's ability to dock. So I removed 2 boosters and moved the remaining 2 to the "next block up" level (which breaks my rule of placing things in front of any thrusters, but the vehicle is so small there didn't seem to be anywhere else to move them to. lol).

Although the removal of those 2 boosters makes the Ocelot slightly cheeper now, the difference in materials is so small that I couldn't be bothered to take a new screenshot of the stats. :p
