fixed enemies not spawning when you destroyed the wood barracades in the cave.

-fixed climbable ladder on the pirate ship

-added lighting inside the cave and pirate ship because the lighting changed in latest version of Modbox which made the cave pitch black.
-added CONGRATULATIONS written in destructable crates at the end of the map so you have something to shoot your fire staff at for fun.
-added a bit of grass patches on the final island

-changed collision detector on final island to detect players only

-removed robot dummy in volcano
-added a few more enemy spawns in the level
-added another player spawn point
-added beach area around final island to help get up from the water
-added bow weapon on final island
-added locomotion blockers around the volcano preventing cheating.

-removed spawn menu
-removed health bars for a few enemies that I forgot.
