Revised the addoninfo file so there aren't any missing or misplaced bracket errors clogging up the dev console

After tinkering around with file names, and spawning dozens of them for quality assurance, this mod should be all fixed up and compatible with the 2020 update.

The Boomette exclusively spawned invisible. Looking at the model files, there was a "boomer.vtx" and "boomette.dx90.vtx". I renamed boomer with the dx90 part and it seemed to work.
