Many improvements to every hole. Fixed various places you could get stuck, removed many traps, added extra walls to many holes, made goal rings thicker to avoid issue with high ping causing goals to not count.

Generally made the entire course more consistent/easier

Lots of minor changes including fixing play area gaps and missing hole values. Added more arrows to help with ambiguous directions. Added better boundary walls for hole 14. Adjusted hole 18 to resolve invisible wall issue and arrow blocking trajectory. Adjusted lighting on interior keep. Par adjustments
