Fixed ALL leaks. I mean ALL of them. Any you find now are caused by you using noclip or other forms of getting out of the map.

Removed Useless info_nodes (Didn't work), added better skybox boundaries, changed the skybox's look & lighting

Changed one of the secret room's textures to match the location it's in, added new way to get to the Building area, and changed screenshots ONCE AGAIN.

Added Sun into the map again (makes the map look better), added new area for building in one of the secret rooms, changed texture of the secret room that contains the building area.

Added another secret room. It contains a button that teleports you to a secret area you can't get to (unless you noclip).

Added light switch in one of the secret rooms. Now you can turn lights on/off if you don't like the spook! (Off by default)

Added new vent-like area near arena room & main room. Removed all env_cubemaps in the map as they didn't seem to work and just took up more space on the map.

Cubemaps seem to be not working. Cubemaps aren't in the map anymore, so mat_specular 0 is needed until I can find a fix.

Added cubemaps. Should fix reflection issues and mat_specular 0 is no longer needed. However, if a problem does occur, try buildcubemaps in the console.
