Balance changes:

- Base damage reduced by 1 on all levels.
- Chaos stance Accuracy debuff decreased from 45/47/50/52/55 to 40/42/45/47/50.
- Chaos stance abilities now also have a 33% chance to roll double accuracy debuff.

Trinkets:

- Chaos set trinkets now provide +2 Speed buff instead of accuracy.
- Pauldron of Malicious Intent now provides 20% Protection
- Enmity Fist now provides 20% armor penetration.
