Balance changes:

- Base armor dodge reduced from 5/10/15/20/25 to 0/5/10/15/20.
- Primal Impulse can now be used below 66% maximum health.
- Primal Impulse buffs are now 5% more potent when used manually across all levels.
- Primal Impulse swapping from chaos to order stance manually no longer heals over time.
- Primal Impulse swapping from chaos to order stance manually now heals for 4/5/6/7/8.
- Primal Impulse swapping from chaos to order stance no longer allows you to keep the initiative.
- Composed Slash damage modifier reduced from 0% to -40%.
- Disciplined Thrust damage modifier reduced from 25% to -30%.
- Poised Cleave damage modifier reduced from -50% to -60%.
