Celebrating 1000 subscribers!

- Added scripting by MrStump (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/MrStump/)
- Added a score tracker for each player
- Added a deckpad to manage cleaning up and dealing cards between rounds. Click the refresh button on the deckpad to start a new round. Only hosts and promoted players may do this.
