Version 0.7. Fixed bugs with Skill Check Board. Now broadcasts the player's name who has the Skill Check Board.

Version 0.6. Changed resouce controls to +/-. Made entire skill check process save/load friendly so that rewinding time works properly. Added new "Ready" button state to layout button. This new state indicates that all players have added their cards to a skill check.
