Updated mod description – for some reason I never mentioned that mod has insurance (copied from ATS; values are changed) :/, but it's not like a real insurance…
Updated police fines to include Baltic DLC countries for average.
Car crash is lowered from 10 to 0 as IRL it‘s payed by insurance.
Speeding and speeding (camera) is lowered from 200 to 140.
Red light is lowered from 170 to 130.
