Slightly speeded up for SHOT_VERBOSITY larger then 0, by having the second shot stuff not wait for the soldiers response dialog to finish. Won't always make a difference, since the enemies "hah, you missed me" animation & sound starts at the same time, and does still need to complete before progressing to the second shot. This is closer in practice to the non-WotC mod behaviour. Also, think I squished the bug whereby sometimes the sound for the second shot doesn't play (although the animation plays out normally). Rare and hard to isolate bug in the first place, hence not 100% sure it's gone for good.
