I didn't fully test Gregg in a full multiplayer environment. I quickly discovered his sanity could be a huge issue, So I gave him some sanity buffs and reworking to hopefully fix him up without making him too overpowered.

-Max HP reduced by 5
-Max Sanity Increased by 70
-Night sanity drain cut in half (Was 1.0, now 0.5)
-Insanity aura resistance reduced by half. (Was 0.25, now 0.5)
