Initial upload!
- Changed perspective of solar systems (10x bigger).
- All systems have been rewritten and randomized a bit: planets will have more moons, Alpha Centauri is now a binary system, little things like that.
- Mars is still a terraforming candidate, but you no longer have to research an anomaly to discover it.
- Mercury and Titan are now barren and toxic worlds, respectively.
- Starting systems can now have habitable planets in addition to your homeworld.
- You no longer start with two colonization candidates right next door.
- Fallen Empire colonies now have actual names.
- Ringworld repair is now done through terraforming rather than a megastructure project; requires 20,000 energy credits and mega-engineering tech.
- Primitives can now start on moons as well as planets. Early Space Age primitives are also less common, so there'll be fewer new FTL empires out there.
- The leader pool refreshes every year, instead of every ten years.
