Fixed the usage of the vanilla mission site gamestate in the covert action rewards, preventing the missions from being successfully launched.

Mod now handles additional abilities from the first set of class abilities a MOCX unit may have.

Voice and Flag overrides can now be defined for MOCX units in XComDarkXCom.ini

Mission chain will now properly spawn when completed through covert actions.

Training Exercise Raid, Offsite Assault, and Sabotage MOCX HQ now all properly spawn mission objectives.

Sabotage MOCX HQ now no longer has non-Euclidean architecture.

MOCX SITREPs should now be more intelligently applied: they should no longer appear on missions where MOCX Is prohibited from spawning on anyway.

MOCX is now allowed to appear on missions where the Chosen will spawn.

Added ability point events: 1 point for forcing a MOCX Soldier to evacuate, 2 points for outright killing one. These do not count rookies.

Rookies now come in three different variants, so they scale as time goes on. They are also allowed to be in pods with themselves, preventing a normal 12 count mission becoming a 4 one.
