Updated the class to work with the new COM update.

- Adjusted the crit values to be the same as the base classes. (crit chance is now higher)
- Whenever the Torchbearer crits the light level goes up by 10.
- The 3 buffing abilities will now trigger the stalling detection the same way a jester or vestal would.

TODO: replace the missing sound effects.

Big stealth update!
All the fire skills will now also break stealth on enemies which you hit with these attacks, I have felt for a while that the -10 light didn't make this ability intresting enough so to balance around the stealthbreaking you can now do the abilties now cost -15 light. please let me know what you think of this update!
