Uses Skirmisher pawns instead of Soldier ones, I think this should fix issues with mismatched skin tones on body parts.

Head option is now visible if there's multiple options available. (This needs XComContent.ini edits if a mod doesn't add parts for them specifically )

No longer uses character pool soldiers for hybrids recruited via capturing ADVENT in the field (or from defectors surviving a mission): this is a workaround to avoid the same character being used over and over through that functionality.

Takes gender of new recruit from the ADVENT unit captured, instead of making a completely random one.

Let player get loot carried by the ADVENT unit, if they were successfully recruited by XCOM.

Now checks additional values to make sure it doesn't accidentally count an enemy unit that evacuated.

Double Agents may become recruits on missions where XCOM cleared the area of all enemies instead of evacuating.
