Fixes: Removed '4BTN' tag from all lots. Now that I know the lots are still seperated by mod author, I figured that the tags were unneccessary.
Updated many of the existing lots. Thanks to kastuk for many of the suggestions.
Misc. Typographical errors.

I hope it doesn't break on upload... 17x12! It's HUGE! 300+ KB of space PER stadium!

1.4 New Lot(s): Storage tanks! Provides much needed variety in the voxel industry.

1.3 New Lot: Condos! Compact, Functional, and well designed; brings more variety to your skyline!

1.2 New Lot: Motel! My first commercial plot, I just hope it doesn't bug out on me. Otherwise very happy about the outcome of this project.

(Note: Orienting the lot in any other direction than north makes some windows more artsy than the original. Bug, or feature?)
