Felt like the Combat Knife wasn't working out for the Medic too well and wanted to give them more purpose. They now have the holotargeter and get the following changes;
-Combat Knife lost for Holotargeter
-Knife Fighter lost for Holotarget (@Squaddie Rank)
-Sidearm Specialist lost for Rapid Targeting (@Corporal Rank)
-Warning Shot lost for Independent Tracking (@Sgt Rank)
-Sharpshooter Aim swapped out for Shadowstep (@Sgt Rank)
-Fortitude lost for HD Holo (@Lt Rank)
-Deep Cover swapped out for Ever Vigilant (@Cpt Rank)
-Overdrive lost for Vital Point Targeting (@Major Rank)

-I have updated all the perk descriptions, they are simpler and cleaner and the "?" box now displays useful information. I have heavily utilized the "?" box so previous information like cooldowns etc is all hidden in that window to clean up/shorten the text descriptions.
-The Extra Supplies perk for the Medic now requires you have the Medical Darts perk. Without Medical Darts you will not be able to learn/purchase the Extra Supplies Perk.
-I have blocked Ever Vigilant from being an AWC/XCOM perk on all my classes as it doesn't proc correctly when learned outside the normal tree I've noticed. This should stop a random perk slot from being wasted.
-I increased the aim bonus on Clutch shot from 100 to 200 as there were times when it had less than 100% chance to miss, this should prevent that.
-I've changed the stats on the Mage class again;
-Mage now starts with a random psi offesne rating between 40 and 60.
-Mage now gains 1 to 10 psi offense per level and the 100 cap has been removed.
-Mage can now get between 46 and 120 Psi offense in total (With an extra +25 from GTS Perk). This should make all mages more variable in power with lower psi offense mages being better support units.

New Medic Loadout "SMG" & "Combat Knife" (Replaces Assault Rifle & Sawn-Off Shotgun, can still use Assault Rifle and doesn't require smg add ons)
Medics can now equip Primary Shotguns (to make up for the loss of the Sawn-Off Shotgun)
Medic loses Point Blank & Both Barrels for Knife Fighter @ Squaddie Rank
Medic loses Pump Action for Sidearm Specialist (+1 dmg, +10 aim for melee) @ Corporal Rank
Assassin & Raider can no longer use the combat knife (The sword is arguably better and gives more focus on the gunner and medic uses the combat knife as a separate thing)
The Mage now starts with 50 psi offense just like the psi op (was 25 before) to make insanity more viable.
The Mages Psi Offense gains are changed from 5 to 10 per level to 3 to 10 per level with a cap at 100 (the psi operative gains 4 to 9 per level with a 100 cap).

Quickfix: Slice wasn't working for swords due to wanting combatknives instead. Can't make it require both so just made it free to use by any weapon now. It used to require swords so pistol users couldn't use slice with a pistol but as combatknife is its own category I added that as a requirement but the game ignored the sword requirement.

Medic Update:
-Heal now has unlimted uses but cannot be used by the medic on themselves, this is to prevent semi-immortality.
-Stabilize now has unlimited uses.
-Revive now has unlimited uses but cannot be used by the medic on themselves, in addition it has a 2 turn cooldown.
-Life Saver now has unlimited uses but cannot be used by the medic on themselves, in addition it has a 2 turn cooldown.
-Tend Wounded has unlimited uses, can be used on the medic and everyone around them (within 2 tiles) but now has a 6 turn cooldown.
-Re-organized medic perk tree, swaped some abilites around.
-The Medic no longer has firstaider, fieldmedic or paramedic but these remain in the code should you want them still
-The medic has 2 new perks
1) Healing Darts - A ranged healing ability with 2 uses per mission (the medic cannot shoot themselves with these darts)
2) Extra supplies - provides 2 extra uses of healing darts
