The TOP rebalance is here!

OVERVIEW:
- Buffed almost every ancestral trinket in some way. Ancestral trinkets felt weak compared to the base game trinkets, especially with Trinket Rebalance mod.
- Changed trinket rarities in order to seem somewhat more orderly (affliction-based trinkets are madman drops, etc.) Most of the weirder/stronger trinkets are collector/madman drops now.
- Changed some character trinkets to distribute them more evenly. (Occ and Vestal both had 3 ancestral trinkets each, while multiple other heroes had none. Did my best to right this)

- I was extra bored and did a light rebalancing of some of the more useless or overpowered TOP trinkets. I attempted to follow the balance philosophy of Runix's trinket rebalance mod. If I did something horribly wrong and broke your trinkets please let me know!

- Fixed CC trinket prices (for real this time)
