+ Version 2.0.0 The "Fix Everything" Update

Rewrote most of the code. Renamed this script from "Neko's Regeneration Script" to "Neko's Regeneration" (has a nicer feel to it). Collaborated with a friend to make this code more optimial (should be added to project now). I am now accepting support from all platforms since this code has been neatened up (Dedicated Servers, p2p, Single Player, Local Server).

Added a new feature to set your health to your max cap health for regenerations (see description for more on changes)

Made a basic fix to health not regenerating. (but regeneration might be bugged when it comes to disabling the script while someone is regenerating)

Solidified the code for the time delay and fixed bugs where timers weren't properly removed as they should be. Also added more configurations for cmds and context menu (see desc for info)

Added a time delay before regenerating after attack.
