Fixed an exception that was being caused by custom modkit missions.

The case picker will now try to pick cases that can fit all the modules on the front face of the bomb, if the mission requests it.
Also if a bomb case cannot be found to fit all the modules it will pick the largest bomb case available.

Added the default case to the list of cases that can be picked.
Fixed a bug where it could cause an error if no cases could be picked.
