Forgot to increase the slots to 4 people for the CPU and generator core

-Okay, a few updates.

Robotics II gets unlocked at tech level 5, instead of 6.

Added more worker slots for higher level robotics crafting tables and adjusted production value (increased it a bit), so that its not too grindy.

Made a storage container unlock for two different research options, as it would be needed in both cases.
