Improved internals. Added A room for Reactor fuel.

+ Iproved internals.
+ Added an Emegency lock system. You have to put 10k Hydrogen in the tank, to unlock the system. If you shut down the EMLock Room, or your Generators got hacked, the Lifesupport and the cargo locks automaticly to stop pirates fromstealing your cargo.
