Fake Corpse Explodes on Real Death and doesn't show kills.

You are no longer invisible when you teleport. Fixed some things with setting the Teleport Position.

Death didnt played sound, now it does. Addes chat messages when someone sets a locations or tries to teleport without setting a location before. Does not just do nothing when no location was set.
