Nerfed Minor Shard heal over time to 2(was 3) over 3 rounds

Some trinket buffs: Bloodsoaked Cloak gives +10 dodge while bleeding instead of +3 speed.
Red Jewel gives +5% crit VS bleeding targets instead of while bleeding.
Updated the Mod Database on Google to be pretty much up to date with all recent changes. Still to do: Add Adder boss trinkets and empowered enemy trinkets
