Added some missing loc strings, Updated Polish translation thanks to Hero of Dwarfs. Fixed journal conflict with Marvin's new journal pages.
Began the process of adding rare Empowered enemies that will grant unique quirks at dungeon complete and have a chance to drop a unique trinket. Only found in Champion dungons of Ruins and Weald right now.
New unique trinkets: Virago Voodoo Doll and Bone Bearer Banner.
New Quirks: Boosted immunity: +15% blight and disease resist. -33% duration of blight effects received.
Scarlet Thirst: +3% Crit, 10% DMG with Minor Shard in inventory, 15% DMG with Power Shard in inventory

Minor shard slight rework:
Every use will always remove Horror.
1: First use still gives a 7% virtue chance and 15% bleed resist for 2 battles.
2: Now has a strong combat buff for 3 battles on second use (+5% crit / +10 dodge ) with a small uncleansable debuff for 2 battles (-20% healing received).
3: Third use clears debuffs.
4+: Fourth use and above simply adds bleed resist.

More adjustments to vampire blood.
Attempt to fix extra stacking from Shard Bank.

Nerfed Necromantic Summoning Cultist Witches. Longer cooldown on summoning, will never summon from a corpse turn 1 and debuffs self with -5 speed after use.
Added Omenseeker, Paladin, and Cataphract to Skill Mastery.
Golden feathers now have a sale price of 100 per and stacks up to 20.
Some adjustments to the new trinkets.

Fixed scarlet quirks not showing up on Sanitarium.
Buffed some crit values on trinkets.

Added 6 new trinkets: 3 rare trinkets and 3 upgraded versions. They are offered as a quest reward from random missions.
