-Adjusted the Auto Select Priority for all of the weapons. Now weapons like the Rocket Launcher should no longer be swapped out when you pick up a standard Nailgun with "Only stronger" automatic weapon switching enabled.

-The Thunderbolt and Grappling Hook will no longer shoot off at absurd angles when the barrel of the gun is beyond a wall or within an enemy, or when the crosshair is focused on something beside/behind you in third-person mode
-The Grappling Hook's hook should no longer be able to clip through walls when shot at certain angles
-The script no longer constantly checks players for weapons, and instead handles weapon scripting only when the appropriate weapon is drawn

-Added a temporary fix for the Thunderbolt and Plasma Gun crashing when used in water, due to a function one of the checks used for it

-Reduced how frequently the Thunderbolt discharges when using Infinite Ammo and Invulnerability to discharge into water repeatedly
