- Osman can now spawn for Altaic rulers in Asia Minor that are either Muslim or their capital province is either Muslim or Altaic culture group
- He will always spawn as a Turkish Sunni Muslim, regardless of culture or which branch of Islam is in the province
- This is to make it easier for him to spawn

- Ankyra, Prusa and Laodikeia are the new targets for Osman's adventure, with Prusa and Laodikeia replacing Galatia and Amisos
