+ Revamped whole addon -- new code from scratch (the old one was pretty buggy).

- The weapon no longer has 800+ ammunition, it has the same amount as the HL2s default pistol.

+ Added sound for reloading, removed the old sounds for primary and secondary fire and replaced them with new ones.

+ Synced the sounds to sound correctly in accordance while operating with the gun (shooting, reloading and empty weapon clip).

+ Removed previous huge gun recoil.

- Removed the number of primary bullets shoot for each click (from 10 to 1).

+ Added the number of secondary bullets shoot for each click (from 1 to 3) .

+ The pistol can shoot underwater!

- Primary weapon attack is less accurate, +has less of a gun recoil -- the bullets tend to miss (you need to be more precise when shooting), but
+ this mode fires bullets more quickly.

+ Secondary weapon attack is more accurate, -has much bigger gun recoil -- the bullets DO NOT tend to miss, but
- this mode fires bullets more slowly.

+ Made the gun more balanced, more fun and satisfying to shoot with. Still, it's a troll/admin gun.

+ Made the weapon accessible by admin's only.

+ The pistol now uses pistol rounds! No more 357 or AR rounds!

+ Added icon for the gun under the "BAP" tab
