1. Musket accuracy upgrades in academy halved in price.
The new prices better match the improvements purchased and this buffs muskets accordingly.

Early Test Prototype. Not yet balanced.

1. Units without cold steel (17th muskets and all dragoons) have attack upgrades removed.
They no longer need them as muskets work with kill shots only.
Muskets with bayonets still have attack upgrades for the bayonets.
2. All upgrade messages correct now I believe.
3. Academy firepower upgrades changed yet again back to accuracy upgrades.
This will be final change for this as this is locked in now for beta.
4. Muskets can get some but not all shots through wood walls.
5. Wood walls are stronger.
7. Musket fire hitting structures and wood walls slowly damages them.
Is this a bug or a feature? I don't know yet.
8. Muskets cannot fire through stone walls.
(The odd shot might get through flaws in the wall.
9. Have fixed search for enemy for muskets.
10. Mines now have more health as they can get some
incremental damage during firefights.

2. Some upgrade messages not correct yet.
3. Academy firepower upgrades changed back to range upgrades.
4. There are no firepower upgrades as yet and firepower starts strong anyway.
5. Muskets can get some (not all) fire through wood walls.
6. Wood walls are stronger.
7. Musket fire hitting structures and wood walls slowly damages them:
