Fixed the if statement in the init, was getting stuck in init if display was and LCD/Text panel and not a surface.

Full percentage is now checked against each drill. Previously one drill could be full before the overall average triggered the full limit.
Stop timer block option.
Updates for displays, handles surfaces
Default display tag changed from [CV] to CV, if using [CV] on cockpit the AppendPercent will get confused.
Additional configuration fields in CustomData: FullTimer = Stop, FullPercent = 90, CV-Surface
Default Full Perfcent changed to 90%

Updated display format class CYF. Should fix the flickering of text and online displayed on LCD.
