Fixed an error when right clicking on a performance building, while a colonist was rehearsing at it.

Fixed an XML error which was found after adding the Japanese translation.

Initial Japanese translation by Proxyer added.

Removed some debug code.

B18 update to the original Razzle Dazzle! by SeveralPuffins

Changes:

• Merged the original mod with RazzleDazzle+
  
• Updated to B18
  
• Removed the Performance skill in favour of Artistic and Social
  
• Subscription payments now use the same delivery system as orbital traders (no beacon required, but it can be used to control the delivery location)
  
• Subscription payment amounts have been greatly reduced for balance (feedback requested)
  
• Time to compose plays and write music reduced
  
• Increased the chance to perform from 5% to 10%
  
• Removed the minimum colonist requirement (previously required 4 to function)
  
• Better chair detection for pawns watching/listening to performances (based on sittable objects, rather than comfort stat)
  
• Reduced the priority of the Performance work type (different than the removed skill)
  
• Hold Performances switch removed - instead you can just forbid the item like everything else
  
• External language support, and Japanese translation to be added later, upon further testing
