Support Tweaks time mode
Added one new artwork piece.

* Support for Multiple Bombs Unique mission per bomb. (No longer will ALL bombs have the same number of widgets, except by random chance, if a range is specified.)
* Twitch plays adjusting of Timemode Time limit now Admin only and above.

Normal button is now correctly hidden when Twitch plays is not installed.
Artwork now has info as to what it is, and who drew it for for me.

Changed the max combined count to 199 modules.

* Starting bombs with a combined module count of more than 101 modules now requires a twitch plays moderator or higher.
* The artwork is now guaranteed to change with !bombcreator artwork, or by tapping the reset button.

Made it much easier to select the current seed, digit by digit.

Add a twitch plays feature, specifically a way to turn on time mode or zen mode, and set the time mode starting time limit.

Fixed a regression where disabling Bomb Creator made it impossible for ANYONE, to use except manually.
Artwork on the back side is no longer Twitch plays exclusive.

Add more artwork that can show up on the back side of Bomb Creator, if Twitch Plays is enabled.

Log the results of the permissions.
Twitch play commands now force the front face to be shown while processing. (provided Twitch plays is up to date.)
