Updated koth_skyscraper :

-Following the fix of func_rotating by Valve in the Smissmass 2018, clouds now follow that system instead of the previous one

-Added details in the middle of the map

-Improved performance :
__Added Areaportals
__Props now fade when too far away
__Changed a couple of props from prop_dynamic to prop_static

-Fixed a texture problem on the RED building

-Slightly moved the spectator point near the billboard so the cables aren't obstructing the view anymore

-Added a wall and a container on the helicopter side of the map to clearly separate the ways and also cut sniper sightlines

Updated koth_skyscraperb2 to koth_skyscraper

-Added filters for team spawns. RED no longer can get in BLU spawn and vice versa

-Changed some healthkits and ammopacks locations : now on the crane side of the map there is one large medkit on a metal platform one can use to go to one side to the other without going down/going on the point. Below is a large ammo pack

-Improved details:
__Added props and decals all around
__Changed texture of the roof's main surface
__Revamped the lighting to be smoother and less eyes-attracting
__Spotlights are less powerful, only the helipad now has bright lights to act as a landmark for the objective
__Electric arcs near the billboards are now permanent, to tell that this area is always a hazard

-Added a soundscape and a couple ambient sounds

-Built a proper 3D skybox: it's a major improvement over the koth_skyscraper17 one, the buildings no longer end abruptly on their bottom

-Clipped the whole map

Updated koth_skyscraper17 to koth_skyscraper_b2

-The map got completely rebuilt:
__The walls are taller to have more verticality
__The look of the buildings got completely changed

-The layout got changed:
__Added a respawn room on floor 77 for both buildings
__Added a corridor to link Respawn Room of floor 76 to the Resupply Room of floor 75
__Removed the breakable windows on floor 76 and replaced them with doors to be less confusing
__Some rooms got closed to make the game space less spreaded (inside the team buildings, and outside)
__Completely rebuilt the layout of the undergrounds
__Some hazards got added (shafts, high-voltage zones)
__Layout of the point is now less open with multiple covers added around

To do :
- CRITICAL Add filter for spawns so opposite team can't get in
-Polish the details
-Add ambient sounds
-Add a dedicated soundscape
-Add a skybox

-General improvements of the buildings:
___They got scaled down a bit
___Changed the look of the windows
___Added props and rooms to detail them : they now are real offices
___Removed Luigi and Perk-a-Cola machines (because they aren't coming from TF2). RIP we will never forget them.
-Added some team colored textures on the Point building, and also on the sideways of the roof
-Added some side rooms in the undergrounds to detail the map
-Added a pair of medkits/ammo boxes in the central Elevator room, right below the helicopter.
-Corrected some errors made in the previous version

To do :
-Improve the soundscape. This is my next priority : replace the outdoor koth_king soundscape with one made for the map
-Improve global details

-Fixed the white tanks not having a collision box.
-Added a few props to one of the ways to the point (the one on the left of the hangar 17 - right of the hangar 22)
-Improved the skybox : added some buildings
-Updated Localization Files ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

To do :
-Fix the Perk-a-Cola jingles
-Improve the soundscape
-Improve the skybox
-Add some more medkits/ammo packs

To do:
-Fix non-solid white tanks props.
-Fix Perk-a-Cola jingles not working.
-Eventually improve skybox, depends on my lazyness.
-Make a proper ambient soundscape for the map.
