REFUGEES:
In the event city was razed or city's owner changed certain part of city's population will go to another nearby city for refuge. Motherland (same owner's) cities are preferred firstly. If no such city has been found nearby refugees will go to any closest city of other civilization, city state or free city. Refugees will never go to aggressor's cities.

FREEDOM FIGHTERS:
Free Cities receive free combat units in the beginning. Number of units depends on number of population in the city. Unit types depend on city's owner era.

COMPATIBILITY WITH AI+:
Now this mod is compatible with AI+ version 12. This became possible after AI+ was updated to v.12 for Rise&Fall. Please note that AI+ is NOT required for this mod to function properly. You just can use AI+ along with More Strategy at your own discretion.
