Added the Sierra Nevada mountain range as a impassable area stretching from Necropolis to the northern border of Shady Sands, making logistics between Shady Sands and the rest of the NCR harder.
Added ''The Cloud'' from Dead Money as an impassable area between the Sierra Madre and the NCR. It is owned by the NCR.

Lots of new states taken directly from "Fallout 4 - Nuka-World"
2 new strategic regions: Nuka-World and Nuka-Express
Fixed all supply area issues
Added another impassable area to the north of the Divide
Cavalry has now also been changed to requre less manpower and equipment, alongside infantry.

Completely filled up Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi & Florida with new nations and states!
Alabama & Arkansas partially filled up with nations
NCR-Divide border reworked, adding a impassable mountain range to keep either side from crossing the border
NCR-Mojave Wasteland border reworked, adding impassable desert states as well as the Long 15 which is now the only way of crossing from California to the Mojave.
Political Power renamed to Caps
Icon for Political Power changed to a bottle cap from Fallout
Some fixes here and there
Added the Toxic Caves north of Klamath
Added 2 new highways to the Mojave, both controlled by NCR
Added Sloan & the Primm NCR camp
