Reduced Melee_cp from 79 to 50
No longer works similar to "Strength of the Penitent".

Vigour +50%
Causes Fear

(keep in mind that vigour works as a single trigger, meaning that a prolong effect of vigour does nothing.
So if the unit has already suffered over half the casualties during a previous battle, he will only gain Fear.)
Doomsayers:

Changed "Armour-piercing weapon damage +7 for Fragellants units (lords army)" to:
"Weapon strength +12% for Fragellants units (lords army)"

Why: Because with the recent update for Volkmar's trait, having so
much damage for Flagellants that are literal tanks for him now is very anti fun.
I decided to change that up into something more reasonable.

Venerable King II:

Reduced public order bonus from 6 to 3
Reduced weapon strength bonus when fighting greenskins and skaven from 10% to 3%


Cleansing the Tunnels II:

Removed "Reload time reduction rate +15% for ironbreakers and miners"
Removed "Weapon strength +15% for ironbreakers and miners" (changed)

Increased range bonus for ironbreakers and miners from 15% to 20%

Removed, due to the fact that there's no more room. To be fair, her new skills area really good. So farewell to her foundation skill tree folks!
I will leave a copy of the foundation around if times change and there's new room for this skill tree.

Change all upkeep reductions from -20% to -30%

Skill 3: The Ladies of Death

Increased Vampire hero skill success chance from 9% to 10%

Removed all effects that reduce Winds of Magic cost of certain spells from his Lore of the Wild by a specific amount.

Fixed many skills that required more parents (more than 4 skills to be unlocked) thant exists, now will have it reduced to the required or fair amount. This made it so many final skills or so were unable to be achieved, sorry my miss!

Removed Grudge against the Skaven for Thorgrim.
Removed Orion's and Durthu's entries from this mod.

Motive: After analysing my mod, I've deemed that these skills are in fact in all due respect not Foundation skills. They're flavour skills meant for another purpose. I am creating another mod meant for this purpose.

Fixed up some of the hints to not force the AI to rush foundation skills.
