Deleted an essentially benign "stats_crawl.txt" file from the VPK. I think at one point I wanted a custom stats crawl but didnt get past pasting the vanilla stats crawl. This has been removed.

Now updated for the Last stand update. This includes a swapping of the used GUI images and a new image for Versus Survival and Campaign Realism. Nothing was deleted, old GUI images such as singleplayer still remain, but were swapped around for more favorable images. The unused splitscreen image also remains so this addon will still fully support custom menus that use all "menu_image_X" files. (Ex: Splitscreen, Singleplayer, etc menus will show custom images from this addon.)

Any menu that uses images other than these in the .res file however wont show the custom images provided by this addon for obvious reasons. (Because they arent being used.)
