Return of the Tweaks

Projectile Tweaks
Buffed Spread = 0.025 -> 0.04
Buffed Damage - 85 -> 95
Buffed Knockdown - 150 -> 200
Buffed Dropoff - 75 -> 100
Nerfed Lifetime - 60 -> 25

More buffs. More tweaks. The cycle never ends.

Tone It Down

Damage Nerfs Second Verse, Same as the First!
Lowered Damage - 150 > 75
Lowered Muzzle Velocity - 150 > 100
Damage Curve Changes - Should be a 1HK out to about ~~15 meters and drop to Zero from there. Haven't done as much testing as I should have, but when have I ever?
