Overwrote ply:LeaveVehicle() on the flatbed so they dont spawn above it.

Removed SetOwner() as it functions at SetParent()......

Removed weight from the flatbed button, made so if IsDarkRP is true it sets the keyowner to the player(spawner).

Made so the hook gets removed if the lenght is to small on the flatbed.
