* Goofed up level image. All fixed now.

+ Added a detour sign at the start.
+ Added holograms to help predict where the coins will drop.
+ Added a wedge at the end of the roulette table.
* Slowed down dodecahedron obstacles and lowered the ramp leading to them.
* The second road inside the slot machine now lights up sooner.
* Cards and tokens now fall sooner.
