- Minor bugfixes

* Fixed a missing texture
* You now spawn as the L4D1 survivors (woops!)
* Fog FarZ clip plane during storms tweaked to avoid visual errors

- Scavenge Mode added!

* Added scavenge mode specific weapon and item spawns.
* Added extra infected only ladders for scavenge mode.

- Map/Survival changes & fixes

* Multiple start radios added.
* weapon cache added in the warehouse office.
* Fixed up some strange looking lighting in areas.
* Added ground fog particle systems.
* tanks can now punt bins/cars.
* Added more throwables.
* Added rain impact effects to water.
* Changed most brick textures to bump mapped versions.
* clipping issue fixes. (hopefully caught them all this time!)
* Changed dumpster model as it wasn't appearing for some players.

- Added gas canisters / petrol cans.
- Added mounted machine gun emplacement.
- Added more visual detail to the map in general.
- Improved performance by tweaking areaportals and occluders.
- Ambient sound improvements.
- Many navigation mesh bugs fixed and new routes added.
- Apartments area fully finished.
- New survivor routes added through ladders and other props.
- Various minor bug fixes and tweaks.

* Updated map for BETA1
- Map now shows on the survival lobby ui
- Users can enable/disable the addon in the main menu ui.

* Changes for BETA1
- Added health pack in dead end flooded area.
- Made it possible to avoid the water in the center of the map.
- Added some goodies for explorers to find.
- More nav-mesh tweaking.

* Known issues with BETA1
- Inside of apartment is unfinished, this will be updated for beta 2.
- In some area's it is quite easy to spot the edge of the map. This will be fixed in beta 2.
