so... turns out all this time, that the BioZekers Dark Event has not been working right. The event triggers but it was not in fact adding more BioZerkers to missions as the mission code is native code, meaning to get it to work the way I had intended, overrides would have been needed and that would have conflicted with other mods that add like Dark Events. To avoid ANY conflicts or issues the Dark Event may or may not cause, until I can add it in the right way, the Dark Event has been removed. The 2 SitReps still remain.

so... turns out all this time, the BioZerker Dark Event was not working right. The Dark Event was popping up, but if not countered, it was not adding more BioZerkers like it was intended to. This has been fixed. BUT with the fix, I noticed that it being a perma Dark Event as first setup, was way too OP. So the Dark Event has been changed to a month long event if not countered. If countered, great... but like all month long events, they do have a chance to trigger again later.

small correction to the Bio Troop Deploytment follower spawn list. There was an error in the name and so im not even sure the follower list was working as intended. Should be fine now.

small update to better work with the spawn lists in the Bio Beasts mod. A few lists were off a bit.
