x Moons around Gas Giants much more likely to spawn.

Orbital Resources
- Mineral and Energy deposits spawn at 3x the normal amount.

Planet Tiles
- All planets other than the homeworld no longer spawn mineral and energy deposits.
- Minimum number of empty tiles increased from 5 to 8.

Ship Speed
- Sublight Speed decreased by a factor of 5x.

Starting Resources
x Energy increased to 300
x Minerals increased to 1000

Population
x Food Surplus Growth Bonus increased from 0.05 to 0.1.
x Starvation Escalation decreased from 3 years to 0.5 years.
